Interesting article. I have been wondering why the press hasn’t kicked up a fuss about any legal articles written by Obama whilst he was an academic. Turns out he knew then that any articles written on Constitutional law issues could potentially be used against him in the future as a political candidate.
Still, he sounds like a pretty fun professor to be taught by.
